About
Hi, I'm Kirsten!
I'm a Melbourne based artist who enjoys creating highly detailed Wildlife and Pet Portraits. I have always surrounded myself with a collection of pets and enjoy seeing the positive effects their personalities have on family and friends. Currently, my pet collection includes two samoyed dogs and two ginger cats.
In addition to my artistic endeavours, I have a background in Primary Education where I taught Physical Education in all year levels. During this time I spent many hours enjoying students' artworks and engaging in 'art' conversations with the specialist teachers. Little did anyone know that I was also artistic - to my students and colleagues, I just loved sport!
Now, after years of drawing and painting in an array of mediums, I am pleased to be able to share my passion and skills as a professional Wildlife and Pet Portrait Artist.
* Qualifications: Bachelor Of Education (Primary)/Arts and Bachelor of Nursing.
