The artist retains full copyright of the work produced including prints. The artist retains the right to use an image of the artwork for portfolios, this website gallery and social media pages. No artwork is available for commercial distribution in any format without written permission. Should the client not wish for images of the artwork to be displayed online (ie. it is for a gift), notification must be given prior to commencement.

Photograph Rights

If the reference image is not the property of the client, the client must obtain permission from the owner of the photograph.

Privacy Policy

All personal information provided is strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties.

Payment 

To commission a pet portrait, a 50% deposit is required to secure a place in my work schedule, with the full balance due on completion. Payment can be made via PayPal, Bank Transfer or cash if local.

 

Prior to the drawing process you will be contacted to ensure quality photographs are chosen and to discuss composition. Progress photos will be shared along the way to ensure the best likeness is achieved. Once the portrait is complete you will be emailed a quality water-marked image for final approval (only minor adjustments are then able to be made due to the nature of pastel). The portrait will then be dispatched once payment is received.

Cancellations and refunds

 

Clients are given a 7 day money back guarantee from the date of paying a 50% deposit. Cancellations must be made by email for a full refund. Any orders cancelled after the 7 day cooling off period will result in the fee being retained as loss of business to cover the artist's time, administration and materials used.
